HERE’S EXACTLY WHAT TO DO:

Please provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, email address and the phone number you used to place the order.

ALSO PROVIDE:

Your shipping address, city, state, zip code, order number, products you wish to return and the quantity of products you wish to return.

Then, return opened and unopened product, along with your original order invoice.

Please send all open/unopened bottles to: First Name, Last Name, email address and the phone number you used to place the order.

You must pay the return postage. We also recommend you opt for tracking to make sure your package does not get lost.

IMPORTANT: We must receive the returned products within 180 days from receipt of order to honor the refund.

We will refund your entire order — excluding shipping costs — as long as all bottles are returned.

Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
